We will invest our capital to purchase Cart Systems and fund program operating expenses.
We will invest up to $250,000 to purchase Cart Systems at each location. We fund Partnership Program operating costs, to include food, beverages, labor, uniforms and overhead. |

We will operate and maintain our Cart Systems.
We will handle all aspects of our Cart System's daily operations with our personnel. Space is another major constraint that |

| can be solved by our mobile food and beverage assets, as our Cart Systems occupy less than 100 square feet. | ||
| 3. | We will secure health department approval. | |

Our General Manager will meet with local health department officials to secure their approval before we open. Our Cart | |
| Systems use only NSF and UL approved components and are built to the most rigid health department requirements. We have experienced a 100% approval rate by health departments across the country. | ||

We will have our full-time General Manager supervising daily operations.

Our General Manager will supervise our operations on a 24/7 basis. All General Managers are employed on a full-time basis and are available to work with you during the off-season to deal with any program changes that need to be addressed before the commencement of the new season. |

| 5. | We will hire, train and schedule our employees to operate our Cart Systems. | |

We will recruit, hire and train our employees. Our General Manager will schedule the hourly workers and will ensure that all Cart Systems are properly staffed during opening hours. | |

We will handle all insurance and taxes.
We secure comprehensive general liability, property damage and products insurance, along with Workers Compensation Insurance. We will deduct federal, state and local withholding taxes, FICA and Medicare from our employees' wages and pay the withheld taxes to the proper taxing authority. We pay our matching FICA and Medicare costs and state unemployment insurance directly to the proper taxing authority. Our federal and state income tax returns are filed timely and accurately. |

We will handle all government-required paperwork.
All employees complete employment applications, W-4s and I-9s. We retain all applications and forms in accordance with federal and state laws, rules and regulations. |

| 8. | We will follow your rules and regulations. | |

Our employees are provided with your employee handbook. We will immediately terminate employees who fail to abide by your rules and regulations. | |
| 9. | We will be open when you are open. | |
|
We operate with low overhead and, as a result, we are able to open when you are open. Health departments may require our Cart Systems to close during particularly inclement weather. |

| 10. | We will work with you to optimize program sales. | |
|
We will work with you to select the Cart System, location, menu and pricing which maximizes program sales. |
