It has been another exciting year at Food Cart Systems,
Inc. I am pleased to report that we have experienced tremendous growth
this past season through our Partnership Program. We serviced in excess of
7.5 million guests this season, resulting in a sales increase of 1,150%
over last year! Our success is attributable to working with our partners
to optimize sales from our Hot Dog, Pizza, Pretzel, Sub, Taco and Lemonade
Cart Systems ("Cart Systems"). I want to take this opportunity
to review our Partnership Program and how it could work for you.

Food Cart Systems, Inc. operates under the HOT
Stop® trade name and specializes in providing mobile food and
beverage services to our customers. We sell hot dogs, sausages, pizzas,
pretzels, subs, tacos, bottled water, lemonade and soda from an innovative
line of mobile Cart Systems, which have been designed for heavy guest
volume. Each Cart System has a sales capacity of $4,000 to $15,000 per
day.
Several of our Cart Systems are available in both electric and propane
models. All Cart Systems are constructed with hot and cold running water,
hand and three (3) compartment sinks, and fresh and waste water tanks,
thus assuring approval by the most rigid of health departments.
We provide the capital required to fund our Cart Systems and related
operating expenses. Our program is professionally managed on-site and
staffed with trained and uniformed employees. We return our sales area to
its original state at the conclusion of the event, all we leave behind is
the concession fee!
Our Partnership Program creates the most favorable results for customers
with a substantial number of captive guests at their outdoor events.
Customers rely upon food and beverage sales for a significant portion of
their overall sales. All of our customers are seeking to increase their
guests' per capita food and beverage expenditures ("Per Cap"),
which can be achieved by placing our Cart Systems in the many areas of
their events where guests are either unserved or underserved. Our Cart
Systems offer significantly greater operational flexibility by virtue of
their ability to move with the guest traffic, as opposed to in-line
restaurant facilities that always seem to be located in areas guests
infrequently visit.
We are confident our Partnership Program will generate many thousands of
dollars in incremental food and beverage sales, which translates into a
significantly improved EBITDA and Per Cap performance for you. Our program
generates exciting results whether the event duration is a weekend or an
entire summer.
