Our Partnership Program...

We provide food and beverage services to our customers through the following five (5) divisions:

1. Amusement and Water Parks Division
2. Consulting Division
3. Golf Division
4. Racing Division
5. Special Events Division

Our Amusement and Water Parks Division commenced operations in 1999 with the opening of our first park with a single Hot Dog Cart System in June 1999. We currently operate thirty-nine (39) Cart Systems in six (6) amusement and water parks in California, Kentucky, Maryland and Ohio. The Amusement and Water Parks Division will service the needs of over 7.5 million of our customers' guests during the 2000 season and we expect to open a minimum of an additional 100 Cart Systems during the 2001 season, servicing the needs of over 35 million guests.

The Consulting Division initiated operations in 1999 and provides on-site food and beverage sales analysis, to include a full review of food and beverage assets and placement, guest traffic, menu, pricing, staffing, training, and operational strengths and weaknesses. Our recommendations are made in a written report. Services are provided on both a fixed fee and hourly basis, plus expenses. The customer's investment in the analysis is waived for those Consulting Division clients who subsequently engage the company to provide mobile food and beverage services at their location.

The Golf Division was formed in 2000 and proposals have been submitted to interested clients. Under the program, the Golf Division provides mobile food and beverage services to the general public. The Golf Division does not provide catering services, but rather services the needs of the general public at the matches. There is a tremendous revenue opportunity for golf courses with our program.

The Racing Division was formed in 2000 and proposals have been submitted to interested clients. Under the program, the Racing Division provides mobile food and beverage services to the general public. Tracks have limited in-line food and beverage restaurant facilities and the large numbers of guests do not allow these guests to be served. This results in hungry and thirsty guests and, more importantly, a loss of revenue to the tracks. All parties win with our program.

The Special Events Division was formed in 1999 and serves guests at events such as state and local fairs and festivals. The company views the Specials Events Division as the vehicle for testing the design and proposed modifications of our Cart Systems prior to system-wide implementation, refining our training concepts, and training our management team in a real-time environment. This process ensures our customers that our Cart Systems and management team are properly prepared before deployment at their location.
